This is a special review of the ThinkorSwim new feature called ThinkPod. The ThinkPod is a special web interface developed for everyone who owns an iPhone or Touch iPod. It uses the safari browser to log into a brokerage trading account allowing users to watch the status of trade, place orders or see how the account is performing. It provides a convenient means for people on the go to stay up-to-date with the market and their performance.

The best part of the ThinkPod is the emphasis on the iPhone or Touch iPod usability. If you’ve been paying attention to Apple and the iPhone development, you’ll know that the SDK (software developers kit) has been released. All sorts of companies are developing native applications for the iPhone. The dedication ThinkorSwim has shown to help members utilize their iPhone to trade, suggests that they will likely offer a full iPhone trade station in the near future. We are excited by this possibility and will look towards June as the expected release.
If you are not familiar with ThinkorSwim, it is a brokerage company whose emphasis is on option trading and trader resources.
