Both fundamental and technical analysis are evaluated in conjunction with our unique signal recognition methods, which results in profitable recommendations for Apple (AAPL) options trading. With our due diligence and strict analysis, trade-by-trade we teach investors how to produce long-term returns on a short-term basis.
We not only pay close attention to financial trends in the industry, news releases from Apple Inc., and the charting movement of the AAPL stock, but utilize unparalleled custom-developed trade optimization techniques. The AppleOption Auto Trade Portfolio delivers result to member through ThinkorSwim’s auto-trading system.
The AppleOption Auto Trade Portfolio (ATP) is the result of years of option trading research and analysis. Our experience, knowledge, and market skill are presented to you seamlessly via ThinkorSwim. The ATP goal is to create high probability option trades that maximize the risk to reward ratio.
Techniques: Powerful market analysis algorithms
We utilize a strong selection of market analysis tools, such as the relative strength or weakness of Apple in relation to current market conditions, volume convergence or divergence, sector analysis, oscillators, continuation patterns, candlestick patterns and trendline reversals. As a powerful addition to these analysis tools, we utilize custom-developed algorithms to find optimal trades. This gives our trade recommendations an additional edge beyond market performance.
The portfolio primarily trades long calls and put options, however we may occasionally place diagonals, butterflies, calendars, and vertical spreads.
As is inherent with all short term trading, AppleOption ATP is a time sensitive portfolio, and optimal results would require the ability to trade throughout the day. Fortunately, ThinkorSwim has helped make trading simple. We conduct the time-intensive research and analysis, while ThinkorSwim allows portfolios to react quickly through auto-trading recommendations. Without quick implementation, the likelihood of a successful result is greatly diminished.
Portfolio size and expenses.
We utilize ThinkorSwim for trading the AppleOption ATP. Our commissions are $0/trade and $1.50/contract (the special AppleOption member discounted rate). Each trade is aimed to keep commissions at less than 1% of the total trade. Our portfolio will start with $12,000 and in any given month trade no more than 40% of the available equity. We are conservative by nature. Our goal is the retention and growth of capital for ourselves and our subscribers. The additional cash is always beneficial to help protect trades and take advantage of unexpected market conditions.
